How does it work:
Return Period: You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return the product.
Product Condition:
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with all accessories, manuals and original packaging.
Return Procedure:
Contact us via the return form on our website or via email to start the return procedure. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refund: Once we receive the return, we will check the product and proceed with the refund within 14 working days.
Exceptions:
